High-Precision Metrology System

This project involved the development of a High-Precision Metrology System for Mohawk Flooring, which is currently integrated into their assembly line. The system utilizes point laser distance sensors to measure the bow of each board with an accuracy of ±0.5 mm, operating at a speed of 155 boards per minute.


Autonomous Pick and Place Robot

The pick‑and‑place robot autonomously sorted blocks from the side table into organized columns on the bookshelf based on their color. Due to the speed of our system, our team won first place in the class-wide competition.
